Invasion of the bots! report bot worked on first batch :)

I recently posted that there was around 20 ice mining bots in gekutami, all in npc corps, all mining 20+ hours a day. If you locked them, they would warp out of the belt, then back again.

I reported all of them, 3 days later, on my contacts, i saw them all get logged out at the exact same time, 2 days later, they still haven't logged back in. Banned mofos!

I've checked other systems and found more of the same bots, there's loads in mitsolen, who i've now reported, and there's also close to 20 of them in elonya, mostly born 1 month and 28 days ago or 6 months ago, they are all in npc corps and warp out if you lock them, all been reported, here's a screenshot of them, it's all the ones i've set to red, and also the ones in green who are in my npc corp - http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/5224/botselon.jpg

There's a ton more of them in kamio too, same guys, warp out if you lock them, npc corp, 6 months old. All using the same fitting, cap rechargers and a T1 invulnability field on their macks.

Just found 25 more of them in aakari, all mining ice in mackinkaws, cap rechargers fitted, either 6 month old characters or around 2 month 25 days.

This is looking to be a massive operation of 100+ ice mining bots.

Just have to say thanks ccp I saw the work as 20 bots from the system my main is in DC'ed have not seen then since kinda empty in the ice belt now but woot sell prices are going up.

I don't believe hulkgeddon ever helped solving the bot problem. It is too occasional to have any impact while it harrases folks that would mine normaly.
Banning, on the other hand, may work like a charm.

I've noticed several market bots currently running. They are still going strong, it seems, and they are SO DAMN OBVIOUS. Literally .01 isking over and over and over again, endlessly.

It sucks that they only way to ID them is to buy/sell from/to them.
