I hope CCP can resolve it for you still, but understandable if you leave EvE for this, as limiting options is never a good thing, especially not if it includes using a third party that doesn't care about foreign people(non-japanese who have to use it for some reason or another)

CCP should reconsider Nexon tbh, or at the very least offer an english version of their subscription, because for every person venting his frustration about this, alot more will silently leave over the same issue.

I have no idea why they suddenly changed to an exclusive third party in Japan tho, can anyone elaborate why it was needed, or even necessery?

Everyone but CCP knew this was going to happen. Any one that has dealt with Nexon knows how much they suck.

They should have just hired someone that could communicate in Japanese. It would take what, maybe 200 accounts to pay for a full time support person. Its not like EVE is going to be that big in Japan anyway.

Instead they gave regional control of billing to a company that is widely hated. They will lose potential players simply because they won't be willing to try a "Nexon" game.

CCP was warned about Nexon and the fallout this could have. It was brought to the CSM by many people... and NOTHING was done, apparently. Another refusal to listen to the playerbase.
