By the lore, Eve was set back a thousand year with the gate to earth closed. Therefore Earth is actually one thousand years ahead of Eve in terms of technology. They will probably be able to make the Jove look like noobs.

Not really, even the Jovians have taken a few steps back. Their civilization has collapsed twice, both times being rebuilt smaller, and less powerful. And it truly looks as if they have collapsed again, or will shortly.

If the Terrans survived to this day they would have a huge technological advantage over us. Keep in mind that scientific advancement is exponential, and not linear. The more advanced you are, the more advanced tools you have at your disposal, to speed up your advancement. We are ~15000 years behind, and if they kept advancing based on their tech at the time (which is greater then eve tech now) they would be so far beyond us we couldn't even comprehend their technology.

and the one terran cannon we had operationally functioning again did take out one of our titans and her entire escort fleet in one shot. That cannon was 15k years old.

This . The only Terran Weapon we got to see was DAMAGED . And even in a very bad state , it wiped out the fleet in mere seconds .

You don't want to see the Terran . They would obliterate us .

I think opening a way back to terra will be a mighty good choice. Now who wouldn't mind a rare terran bed slave or chef-slave or some other type of very rare slaves. Because I'm quite sure the Terrans will have bombed them selves to stone age all over the Milky Way many times over and thus they will be very rare.

Actually in the late 21st century America perfected the methodology behind obliterating a target whilst simultaneously bombarding them with stupid tourists.

The jove are more than a thousand years ahead of the rest of new eden.. in eve lore 1 thousand years is a blink of an eye so earth could be on the same tech level.
