Returned to EVE and SP have been reset

Hey,

A friend talked me into returning to EVE after a 5 year absence and I came back to find my SP has been reset. I have ships I can no longer fly and when I logged in it said that I had finished training a skill to level 5. I don't even have that skill anymore.

I was able to fly almost every T2 ship (interceptors, cov ops, interdictors, assault ships, etc etc) below the battleship class as well as fully T2 fit them. I'm currently sitting at 623,839 and I believe I had 30+ mil when I left. I created a petition but haven't heard back.

Anybody know if this is a known issue? When I came back it was like I had to recreate my character

EDIT: This is the wrong character it turns out. IGNORE IT
