I am looking to buy an AMARR/MINMATAR HYBRID character.

The main purpose will be to PVE/PVP and to supply Sherringford Hovis (a pirate).
Though it would be cheaper to just buy a freighter/transport character, I prefer a character that is able to fly and move the ships fitted etc.

positive wallet
good dps/tank/navigation skills
40+ mil sp

passing on the previous two offers, as I am NOT interested in expensive implants on chars to be used part time as ALTS...
mainly cause the sellers tend to think that they will get full market value for the PLUGGED-IN implants, which shouldn't be the case...

ask my CEO, I am not short on funds BY FAAAAR...but I did not get my wallet to that point by spending like a retardt...
