Missions & Complexes

I've never done any ratting/missioning/anom-running of any kind before as I've only ever been interested in shooting other players and have found more interesting ways of making isk. But just recently I've decided to start blapping some havens (don't have access to sanctums) in a carrier/super when activity's low for a change of scenery. At the moment I'm just killing everything and moving on, my question is how much more isk are you likely to make looting/salvaging? Also, are there any other tips people would care to share, i.e. When to shoot what etc. (atm I'm just moving from target to the next closest target to reduce the distance my fighters have to travel in an effort to speed things up)

Before people warn me about the risk of using a carrier/super to anom run with, I'm well aware of the risks (having caught people doing it before) and have prepared accordingly.
