Is there anything that can be made out of R8, r4 Moon goo.

Doing Scanning of Moon in low sec and finding a lot of common moon goo.

Is there anything I can make with these. I am a total noob about T2 productions... anyone have a link they can point me to?

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships

Yes, though they are not profitable to mine on their own, or even to react on their own. You can make some profit off of them by running both a simple and complex reaction on the same POS, though.
