Hello fellow market capsuleers!

I've been into station trading, importing, and exporting for a while now. I have made great gains but I'm looking for a little extra 'oomf' to put into my operations. I am relatively new here and read over the rules as well as other posts. In short, I am looking for a 1 billion loan that I would plan on repaying in 30 days at the latest. I will repay with a 10% interest rate at the end of the 30 days or sooner if possible; 100m will be the gains on top of your loan.

After speaking with someone in-game about the procedures and what not, I think it would be better to start smaller on a loan (1b or sub 1b) rather than bite of something bigger than I can chew. I can provide an API detailing my market history and good returns.

On a sidenote do you feel being in TEST wich is goons lill brother and treats scamming in the same manner would help out in seeking a public loan IF it has no collateral?
