Hello!

While in space while warping, my ship suddenly becomes totally a glowy white and the big planet just besides me becomes also a big white circle or a white crescent. When I dock to my station eveything is greenish and translucide, I can see through my character. It seem to happen after couple of hours of playing, always. All graphic in EVE game is maxed out, and on my Nvidia control Panel for my cards all settings are left to the original company settings. I quit the game and relauch it and all is perfect. I am under Windows 7 64 bits Family Ed. Service pack 1.

BTW here is my pc spec, but I don't think it's any of my computer because is only one year old, and it's quite a powerful one also:

CPU: i7 975 3.3 Ghz Black Edition overclock at 4.20 Ghz

Graphic Cards: 2 X EVGA GTX 580 SLI Superclocked

Memory: 12 Gig of rams DDR3 Corsair

Power Supply: Evo Galaxy power suply 1050 watts

Motherboard: Asus Rampage Extreme II

SoundCard: Creative Soundblaster Supreme FX, X-FI

Can you help me, I cannot find any support so far. Cry

Thank you! Blink

Only thing I can think of right now is to disable SLI and see what happens.

Oh and the mandatory update drivers. Twisted

Interesting.

I have similar issues, yet they are always with the space environment.

At some point, after having played a while, when I undock, the station is only partly there. At times I just see a CAD frame, or some basic shapes, planets are bright red, other ships only partly there. Jump gates have maybe 20% of their structure present, but the rest is missing, no warp tunnel, etc.

In station I am usually fine. Takes a clearing of the cache files and a restart of the game and I am good to go again.

I have an ATI HD 6790 card, work on Windows 7 x64 with recent hardware. Settings are also maxed out in my case.
Drivers are the latest.

Temps of both CPU and GPU are withing operational range, so no problems there.
Technically it is easy to resolve, but I wouldn't want this to happen to me when I am out in combat. That would really be game breaking, not to metion lethal.

This really seems a bug to me.

I have had similar issues both pre and post Inferno. IMHO, it is a random glitch that affects the graphics layers. It manifests randomly, but has happened up to four times in an hour and others barely once in 6 or 8 hours. Essentially what happens is as the other two describe where it seems as though not all of the graphics layers load in a given situation. It is most notable at jump gates, stations, and in battle. Explosions are nothing but a white circle, very bright, that expands outward from the detonation. Plants become very opaque or white. Jump gates lose detail and are washed out. Also at the jump gate, the graphic that indicate jump is in effect at the gate, gets very wash, opaque, and a very bright white. My ship is opaque white at start of a warp jump, but once it enters warp, it stabilizes to near normal. It is most annoying at jump gates and battles where much of the screen gets washed out white. The only way to correct it to this point has been to restart the client. That gets very cumbersome when you are in the middle of a medium sized fleet battle. Additionally, I am very confident this is not related to my hardware, since almost everyone in my corp reports similar issues and I have also heard many of my alliance members talking to it the last few days. I hope this helps in tracking down the issue.

I have also had th exact same issue as original post. Have to reboot client after several hours which is really annoying. Wish they would fix it!

I have the same issue if I play with 3 clients open. But if I set the "Shader Quality" to "Middle" everything is fine. If I play with one client open everything is fine too even if "Shader Quality" is set to "High". For me it seems it is a heat problem.

All of my words are secondhand and useless in the face of this.

Setting "Shader Quality" to "Middle" seems to solve several different Graphics problems including one I had that was completely different...

This happens to me too. It always happens when I change from one 'room' to another. Like leaving a station or going through a warp gate.

Also, I can see the warp tunnel far, far below me.

Explosions are a big white ring. Tactical view is a big white disk. When I go through a gate my ship is white while it is invisible.

Half of each planet is blinding white.

I have an ATI graphics card. 4670.

If I log out, and back in, the problem fixes itself.

Same Problem as well on Both PCs. One got a Intel HD the other got a NVIDIA GT 630M

Edit: The laptop with the NVIDIA card got a intel HD card as default graphic card as well. Interesting fact: as soon as I turn hybrid rendering off and force eve to only use the nvidia card the problem is gone.
