It takes 10 seconds from the moment i start firing at a miner in 0.7 for concord to arrive and jam me, is that right? I've tested it several times, no concord in belt, always 10 seconds then i'm jammed. This makes ganking in a destroyer difficult

How effective are smartbombs, were those nerfed too? I assume concord is faster to drain your cap now.

But try something less then .7 space and you might accomplish it with a destroyer. Want to score a .7 kill, bring a cruiser or battlecruiser.
