Your latest video on yt made me buy a catalyst and roam a bit. Turned out as a good Idea for a last kill before going to bed without roaming for hours ;o)

Yes...

I almost did it last week but I'm pretty lazy. I still don't completely get it what it takes to make that happen but I don't think its complicated enough for me to use this excuse much longer. I'll try to set it up asap.

Loved the episode as always :)

One thing you very closely missed is a tip for salvaging/looting wrecks; t2 wrecks recently got buffed to drop more salvage. Many times i've salvaged intact armor plates from even interceptor wrecks, and at close to 20mil a piece this can very quickly add up to a nice income.

After a year of carebearing with some flawed attempts at getting into PvP I finally decided to give it a try again after listening to your podcasts and watching your commentaries.
I have to say that it is great stuff and that finally I have accomplished the first thing in PvP I think I can be proud of.
I followed an Eris a couple of jumps through 0.0 in my shield Rupture, all the while waiting for his gang to show up on scan or grid, I finally managed to catch him on a gate (or so i thought). Of course just seconds later a Hurricane and a Rifter appear on grid and start to touch me in bad places.
Still I think it was a very enjoyable fight and a nice tradeoff, my 25mil rupture for a 50mil Eris in a 3v1.

All this happend 2 days after I decided to start trying solo roaming 0.0 and lost 2 ruptures to instalocking 20 man gatecamps with weblokis. But still, with no experience whatsoever i managed to get a fairly decent kill without too much effort. I think this shows what Kil2 and Kovorix are explaining very well, solo is not dead and it is not all about the blob, there are good fights everywhere if you stop spinning your ship and start heading out.

I'm enjoying podcast and videos. I would like to see the concept of (for instance) battleship + interceptor duo you mentioned a couple of podcasts ago put into practice and made into a commentary :)
