Hello, id like some help setting up a secure IPO

most of the investment will be spent on bpo around 80% and 20% on minerals

so i was wondering whats the best options to offer security for investors, while giving me the freedom to create and sell to gain the projected profits from my plan.

one option i have been advised on, is having a third party to become ceo and main shareholder of the corporation, and then lock down the bpos, giving me free access to them, while keeping the main value of the investors capital secured.

If anyone have ideas, suggestions, id be very happy to hear them,

I'd be willing to consider loaning you the isk collateralised against the BPOs.

I would use the system that has been suggested to you, it's the best choice really. I create an alt, make it CEO of the corp, buy the BPOs for you and lock them down in a station office. You then have access to the BPOs to build or research but not take. When the time comes for the BPOs to be sold I remove your access, unlock them and sell them.

This way neither of us risk anything significant.

The minerals would be another matter, but I'd need to know what BPOs we are talking about before we can really discuss it any further.

As stated in game, pending confirmation from trusted third party I'm willing to loan you the full sum.

If you have more than one person interested and all other things are equal, you may as well dutch auction it.

Basically you set all the terms except for the rate and then people bid interest rates going downwards.
