This reminds me of a story. I got punched there in a mosh pit, I elbowed the guy so hard I shattered my elbow.
So bad in fact, Ive had three surgeries on the elbow, one on the shoulder and Ill be having the radial head in that elbow excised soon.

Not ashamed at all and i love to talk to others about eve. Its one of the few mmo's that intrigues non gamers.

If people arent ashamed of being sports fans, we shouldnt be ashamed of being a gamers. We participate in our hobby, how many sports fans just sit there passivly and watch other people game and never participate in their hobby?

No. I don't hide it. I lord my ability to play EVE over the WoWtards and the SWTOR addicts. I ramble about it on twitter and tumblr. I talk about it with my DnD group. (And if they make fun, they WILL be docked XP. I am a wrathful DM sometimes.)

I'm not going to pretend it's not an addiction. I can't quit it. I may want to sometimes. I may go weeks without doing anything other than checking my skill queue, but I come back to it. There's always a bigger ship to fly, support skills to train, etc.

Not really, i view Eve the same as i view fishing or golf, but a lot cheaper. Most grownups i know don't even bother what sort of a hobby the other person does in his freetime. They have their own thing, i have mine, simple as that.

I have no eve addiction. I log on change skills, spin for 10 min, think about doing some solo pvp, look at ship prices, log off.

I have more space likes than you.

You might have a problem with women who do not accept you for who you are.

This is not a signature.

I do not tell people, but I also do not tell people what socks I am wearing either. People need to learn to ask when they want to know.

Loss is meaningful. Therefore is the loss of meaning likewise meaningful. It is the source of all trolling.

I don't rub it in peoples faces, unless they are also gamers Lol
But in general I think most people that know me are aware that I play some sort of online spaceship game or that I play games in general terms.

I don't hide it at all, I'm pretty open about it. I even met a bro at work who played Eve.

Then again, I'm also pretty open about my addiction to random YouTube surfing.

I have been told by many the girl that that hurts as well

"Some say that he is actually dead, but the Grim Reaper is too afraid to tell him." "Some say he is the 3rd member of Daft Punk and he did the vocals of "Technologic" song. All we know is,he's called EVE Stig"!

With friends and family yes its fine. Most don't get it some sorta get it a bit. But whatever its a great game.

But I don't talk about it with coworkers. Not that I would lie about it, but I don't bring it up either.

Make faction war occupancy pvp instead of pve https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=53815&#post53815

While drunk on a staff night out i gave a 10 min rant on how epic this game is, I explained the sand box and gave examples of what can be done.

I regret doing this.. normal people do understand internet space ships. Ill never speak of eve in real life again.

My boss now calls me space ship boy X
