You fail in two ways...not to be mean, I just wanted to point this out in case you haven't thought of it before.

1. You fail to take your thought all the way to the conclusion. You are correct in the beginning about the supply of gankships and the necessity of miners and industrialists to make them. Where you fail is your understanding of what would happen if the gankers and the criminals went away and hisec became safe. There is a cycle and a symbiotic relationship here...a 'circle of life' if you permit me to ripoff a phrase. You need them as much as they need you...or else the game stagnates and becomes farmville in space with no point other than mindless repetetive tasks.

2. You fail in your application of the overused 'tears' meme. Discussions and information being verified is not tears. Similar to what I said before to another poster, using a word or meme incorrectly to sound cool just makes you look dumb and annoying.

So, it's been verified then? Concord not only spawns faster and scrams, they also shoot faster?

something that miners/indys could have done for themselves, but CCP decided to have Concord do it for them.

When I first started playing eve, I saw that video on Youtube "When carebears attack" I thought it was brilliant! I wanted to do that (and still do!!) I just got sidetracked a bit with all of the other things to do and train for, I never actually got a Hulk.

CCP nerfing hisec and buffing concord is lame

If it isn't a change listed in any patch notes, then file a bug report. Otherwise, working as intended.

This is not a PVP ONLY game, Mr corp hunter. Also stop fitting lasors to a tornado. They work better on an oracle. If it was PVP only there wouldnt be any PVE content. And we would all sit in a lobby waiting for people to green up so we can get our 2 minute battle on. (Tanks anyone?)

Please quit. Save us the headaches of explaining racial guntypes and fitting to a ships bonus' to a complete troll.

Still not enough punishment for my personal taste. Some ideas for CCP:

Criminal flag at least for the length of a payment period, in which CONCORD will instapop the flagged criminal. Exception only when buying a PLEX. Would love to see that.

Instapop also capsule. Gankers have no need for implants. You cant implant something into empty space anyway, so this should be considered to be implemented pretty fast.

I would like to see a more automated approach to give it more realism. As ganking hits a certain threshold, concord response automatically improves a bit. As ganking is reduced, concord response automatically goes back to normal. Just like in real life when crime waves comes and goes.

Another benefit is it always keeps people guessing

To clarify, there are PvPers, and then there are Gankers. They're not the same thing.

Imagine the game is like the Roman Colosseum. The arena floor is nullsec, the stadium is hisec.

The hisec "carebears" are the people sitting in the audience.

The PvPers are the gladiators fighting on the arena floor.

Gankers are just thugs sneaking through the audience, randomly stabbing people and trying to claim that somehow makes them equal to the gladiators.

It does not.

I have plenty of respect for actual PvPers. They risk their ships and their pods every time they get into combat. They know the risks and they are not afraid to take them, because they thrive on the thrill of danger that only real combat against vicious opponents bring.

Gankers? Sorry, but blowing up unarmed civilian ships doesn't take a lot of balls. In fact, quite the contrary - it indicates to me a complete lack of them.

You could say that they hisec people lack balls too, but the thing is, they don't lie about it. They know they don't want to get into a fight - especially in an unarmed civilian ship of all things - so they chose to stay away from it. Gankers, on the other hand, are basically doing the exact same thing but then afterward they go around trying to act like they're somehow superior to the "carebears." They're not. They're actually a step lower on the "balls scale" because they're not only cowards, but lying cowards as well.

Hulk kills don't impress me. Mackinaw kills don't impress me. Freighter kills don't impress me. You may as well be bragging about shooting down a SHUTTLE. Want to impress me? Take that ship into nullsec, come back with a battleship or two on you kill board and then you can honestly tell me that you're a tough guy. I'll believe it then, and give you props for it.
