Why do people capitalize EVE?

Not sure why it's capitalized but I've always wonder what the name means... I always figured it was some biblical thing, especially with the universe being called 'New Eden'. Add to this the beginning cinematic that says we're immortal demigods and I came to the conclusion that it was alluding to the fact that all the races are at a stage where we are essentially the same as Adam and Eve, but still have sin. So we're free to do as we wish, just like how Adam and Eve could do what they wished in the Garden of Eden.

Well, the game is full of capitalists, so it makes perfect sense that most people capitalize it.

It's much easier then typing,"CCP Games: Eve Online","New Eden Online","Eve Online",or even "EVETOTALHELLDEATH".
EVE...pretty much says it all. It's also the name of the gate that our ancestors died for,respect that.

Eve, EVE, or EvE is a "proper noun". Proper nouns are capitalized. I capitalize EVE.

Because hand writing capital letters is faster than the kindergarten squiggle lower case letters. Somehow this=more isk per hour. Anybody care to explain how?
