WTB c4 w/ C1 static

As the title states I am looking for a c4 with high sec static c1. Purchase time in the next month or so...as Im in no hurry and are still in the logistic phase of corp expansion for wormhole occupancy. Must have proper PI resources to maintain POS fuel production. Mining spots and sleeper combat sites are what we are really interested in. If you have a wormhole you currently occupy that are considering to sell, please eve mail me. Thanks!

-Edit- Ready to buy NOW! I would prefer a clean empty system if possible.

check it out, C4 with a C2 static (much handier for accessing Kspace). admittedly the PI isn't the greatest. convo me if interested.
