Ingame issue: Modules refusing to turn off.

Myself and several other corp mates have been experiencing a bug where certain modules will either refuse to turn on or off in situations where there is no tidi or lagg issues. At the moment I am being forced by the bug to relock targets to turn the module off if I am lucky enough that the bug has effected a high slot module which requires a target.
However if it happens with a module that does not require a target to be used I'm pretty much screwed. We are forced to do a session change or relog to fix the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this and if so do anyone have any soltuions?

Don't know if it helps but a lot of the time these issues are happening while we are operating in wormhole space.
