To me, on the surface at least, its reminiscent of rats deserting a sinking ship.

In short, i'd guess CCP are going to hit T2 BPO's really hard with the nerf bat and some mole within has broke NDA and let the holders know to get rid asap while they can get something for them.

Worth watching for. Large donations to Concord could be a good thing.
