ISK Lost in Transfer to Another Character

Has anyone else ever experienced this issue?:

I attempted to transfer a large sum of ISK from a character on one account to a second character on a second (alt) account. The donation was registered in the sender's wallet but was never received by the second character.

I created a petition nearly a week ago but have yet to receive a response. Any suggestions?

Have you double and triple checked that you sent it to the right char? Even a tiny error in the name and it could end up going to someone else.

Yes, I did. Confirmed via portrait and check info before sending.
