Thank you very much for your advise and offers. I was hoping for a little more to be honest. I guess i will be training character more according to your advises or sell to best offer.

The current competitive isk rate is ~ 252 isk per skill point. I will add a 10% premium for focused training and offer 3.8B for thhis char. I am sure you understand what the char is missing based on other conversations so you will understand my approach as well.
