cant activate or reload hi-slots sometimes since last patch

hi there,

i notice a strange bug with highslot modules since the patch today, thursday, the 12.4.12.
sometimes i can not activte them with mouse click, only with hotkey f1-f8.
or!
i can not "reload all". in space/fight when ammo is nearly empty - right click and "reload all" -
but nothing happens!

a solution i fund: dock, unfit/refit modules. undock. but that works only for a few dockings.
then same bug comes again. thats no fun anymore (since crucible).

bug report sended...

never change a running system!
