It seems Hours for Plex is disabled atm. I have filed a petition requesting CCP complete the transfer. I appreciate your patience and am sorry for the delay (the previous buyer's failure to complete causing the account expiry!)

CCP would not let me reactivate to transfer despite the loss of the account being the failure of the previous buyer. This effectively cancelled the sale, and I have ensured the return of the ISK to Quantum Rise
