Advatages to this char:

Cyno V - so able to do covert cynos
Tech 2 med guns - Specialised Gunnery for Gallente ( please note 5 days from Large Hybrids tech II as LH turret is almost V)
Great Cores in Electronics to compliment also having RECON V
Can use Tech II med Drones
Can Fly the Proteus (tech 3 cruiser)

As this char has been an alt for sometime now, he originally started his life as an alt scout and i wanted him to be able to probe down targets fast!!! So i am happy to tell you:

He has all the Astrometric skills required for probes MAXED OUT!! Even Survey V
Cov Ops V

Need an alt covert hauler???
Well i can fly transport ships and use Covert ops cloaking device.

As you can see this char granted, needs a little bit of refining, but its quickly done!
