You're seriously nitpicking this??? How many toons don't put this on their WTB threads? And how many times does CCP actually ENFORCE this for that matter??? 0.

EDIT: Rule 5 Items cannot be listed among the character's valuable assets, only skills, implants and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else. Ships and items can be readily bought on the market for ISK.

Where on earth does this thread mention about items? It says that they can fly a badger, that's hardly saying it's one for sale...
