I'm looking to shortcut to Marauders so I have a few specific wants -

WANTS
Minmatar
Decent name!!!
FOCUSED PvE Combat with minimal wasted SP
Shield OR Armour Comps V (both is better)
BS V
Large Guns V
Strong drone skills
Strong Support skills

BONUS
Spaceship Command V
Energy Grid Upgrades V

I will also consider Caldari pilots if skills are comparable.

Must have Pos wallet. Good Sec status (Neg considered if not too low). Remap would be nice.

Budget - Upto 3B bil

Let me state again..It MUST have a decent name. Awesome skills are not enough.

I can fly both Amarr and Gallente battleships, have Gallente BS V, Large Energy Turret V, can use hybrid, projectile, or laser for weaponry. Spaceship Command V and Energy Grid Upgrades V as well. As a bonus I have very high standings with Amarr and Caldari factions and corporations, so you can jump right into L4 missions, set your own jump clones, or create corps for sale.
