I am using the same PC with the same specs and drivers, and i was able to login and play Eve with no issues yesterday.

TODAY, i logged in and the graphics appeared to be corrupted, there was no definable graphic in the backround just a big white screen with the usual windows and skill training queues. So i exited the game, restarted my computer and tried again and this is what i got: Graphics are fine! But when i undocked from station the game locked up never to recover. I have attempted to log back in several times and it does the same thing every time within about 10 seconds.

I tried to find some help in previous threads and on google, but everything i found was for pre-login issues.
