I've changed language from English to Japaneese and now I get this error every time I start eve...

Any solutions to fix it ?

(I even reinstalled the client ,but still...)

Any chance you do not have the Japanese language pack(s) installed? If so that's definitely your problem.

You can also just nuke your client settings through the windows explorer. It's stored under \Users\YOURMACHINEUSERNAME\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\EVEFILESYSTEMPATHWITHUNDERSCORES\settings.

Clearly you should back up that folder. Never delete data without backing it up first.
