Why no Advanced Mass production/Advanced Lab op?

Any standings with factions, etc?

No idea, never needed it I guess. I can't really remember the reason for anything since the last time this character was properly active was 2007. No faction standings of note

5 bil is a bit of a lowball based on looking into what similar characters have sold for lately, so I'll have to decline.

If it had jump freighters I'd buy it for 8. The 1.4mil unallocated is appealing, but probably not enough to make up for missing three of my req's (i'm looking for a few toons similar to this one).
