Minmatar ships will generally look a lot better if the skin that the tornado and reaper wear is applied to the rest of the pack. The Moa also needs a redesign to be honest while the revenant on the other hand can stay as it is but a few changes here and there won't hurt.

I can't really see, what is wrong with the Bellicose hull.

Until recently, I've held the opinion that the Moa is the ugliest ship in the game . . . then someone mentioned the Bantam . . . wow there are no words for what that ship looks like.

I think the moa is listed more often because nobody flies the bantam, and it has no T2 variants

Minmatar ships look fine the way they are. They are supposed to look flimsy and rusted and scrappy damn it. I love the tempest.

Only exception...typhoon. Rupture can be looked at too.

The upcoming redesign of the Nemesis makes me sad. I loved my ridiculous chubby golden cloverleaf, I don't see why CCP is going to make me fly a ripoff of a Mass Effect reaper instead. Sad

I always thought the Tristan hull was the best Gallente frig hull. Which either speaks to the shittiness of the frigs, or the quality of the Tristan.

These threads are stupid, it's all a matter of opinion and there are rarely majorities (yes maybe dominix and moa could use a bit of a redesign to make them "sexier" cus apparently that's the only thing that counts).


This. And I would even add that the Domi is fine imo. Has low surface to volume ratio, for all that interior holding space for all the drones and their care infrastructure Blink. And while I agree with the sentiments on the Moa, there has been a vociferous post about moa haters.

So, really contrary to what someone else posted, CCP should tread carefully on redesigns. Don't alter the ships very much. Even the Imicus, the hull that launched a thousand ship . . rants was actually cute to some, like a lame rubber ducky.

What a thread like this misses is that the performance of the ships are what matters. I couldn't care about the Imicus appearance but I sure would rather that they shifted a mid to a high on the tech II variant. Really, two highs on a cov ops frig sucks. (and even then of course some fellow will say he wants only two highs and five mids on his heliosWhat?).

Lastly these are not scientific samplings of player sentiment about appearance, thus domi hater that asserts the domi hull is universally despised is just talking out his ass. So, moa lover, take heart, you may get to keep your suitcase carrying loch ness monster/legless giraffe.P

p.s. If any dev touches my beloved phoon hull in response to the aesthetically challenged that posted itt i'll be getting banned Evil

Anything Amarr is just terrible. They're so bland and even comical (lol dildo ship!)

But yeah ... they're hideous. Like ****-shaped paperweights covered with LED lights.

Minmatar have the best looking hulls, far and away.

Whether or not you win the game matters not.  It's if you bought it.

It's a tough one. Theres certainly alot of stinkers. I'd say either the Moa or the Crucifier. Although the artwork for the updated Crucifier from fanfest looked pretty tasty. Oh, the Tempest is pretty bad too, maybe that. Or the Dominix. Or the Obelisk. I'll stop now.

I'd say the Moa needs doing the most though, the entire Caldari cruiser lineup is unforgivabley awful. I could tolerate the Blackbird, but the others are unflyable imo. My caldari alt would love a useable cruiser for RvB fun.

Almost every Caldari Lego ships. Almost every Minmatar solar panel junk yard wars ships. Almost every Amarr lets take a rectangle and add a fillet to a couple edges or just cut it in half ships, Almost every Gallante I am the most boring man in the world ships.
