New "100%" missions

I recently started grinding some courier missions with an alt to get some standings up. Started doing some lvl1 missions as I thought this should be quite easy as they should now all be 100% courier ones.

But after doing about 10 of them, a multipart mission popped up of which 2 out of the 4 parts were combat. Managed to do them in my Badger, just, but wasn't sure if this was normal under the new "100%" regime.

Just wondering if this is the norm or a bug, and if I've got more interesting times ahead when the char progresses to lvl2/3's.

What was the name of the multipart mission?

Which agent gave you that mission?

It's normal. If the first in the chain is courier, they put the whole chain in that pile.P

Should have mentioned which mission it was to start with Oops

It was called Regional Stability

But if this is normal, I don't see how they can claim "100%" when it's actually more like 90%. X

Sorry, should have mentioned which mission it was to start with. Oops

The mission encountered is Regional Stability

I just don't see how CCP can claim "100%" when in fact it's more like 90%. X

Its quicker to get standing up doing combat missions. I did the same with my indy alt to get better R&D agents. Train social to at least 3. With terrible skills, my alt is minmatar, you can do all lvl1's in a meta 4 fit rifter, then switch to ruppy, also meta 4, and you can do all lvl2 easy. I battled a bit in 3's with a ruppy, poor pew pew skills on indy alt. But you could probably do the same, maybe easier with merlin > caracal > drake, or even merlin > drake. I never rigged any fits so i could just sell them when I was done.

So weird hearing people complain about this. I heard a few in corp complaining in the past couple weeks as well. On my hauler alt I have basically zero combat skills. So I decided to do courier missions to get him to 6.72 (or whatever the exact number is) so he could be my refiner as well.

I went from 0 to 6.72 without getting a single combat mission (and that was a ton of missions since the normal courier ones only raise your standing by .01

The ONLY combat missions I got were 1 level 3 story line and 2 level 4 storylines. This was for Kaalakiota corp.

Was it Regional Stability at http://eve-wiki.net/index.php?title=Regional_Stability ?

There is some magic involved with the URL tag. Don't use a percent sign in the same post as a URL tag. Naked URLs can happily coexist with percent signs.
