It is speculation, you should really read up on why everything is increasing, alloys being removed from game, alloys one of the main source of nocxium in the game, no alloys = less nocxium = more mining = increase in price of nocxium.

So myself and hundreds of others pretty much bought every unit of nocxium and isogen in the game, to bump the prices up to sell and make a huge profit.... speculation!
