We have over 3.000.000 m3 of Trit

So if prices get too high we'll just dump the 300.000.000.000 units of trit into Jita at 3.75 isk / unit.

I think you overestimate the impact you'll have. It will probably cause a small drop in price, along with a corresponding increase in knowledge of just how small a fish you actually are.

I saw nothing here except an attempt to get the price of trit to dump.

Given that Trit is 5+ (will probably be '6 and change' by the time you read this), you'd never consider dumping at 3.75.

In addition we have over 9.000.000 m3 of 0.0 rat droppings which we could reprosess for quite a nice bunch of minerals. Only probem is getting 12.000.000 m3 of stuff transferred from our POS's to highsec. It's a work in progress.

On the otherhand if someone was to pop our pretty well hidden 0.0 POS's then we'd have nothing.

We've got an upper hand on manipulating market prices since only around 20 people control it atm.

Dunno, but he obvously thinks 12 mil m3 is a lot.
And it is, by all means, but Jita daily volume of minerals is around 350-400 million m3.

So congrats Vega, you sit on 3% of jita daily volume of minerals. A lot of money, but not enough to crash anything I'm afraid. Blink

I see that your corporation has 266 members, and only 20 of them is visible through eve who, and most of those seems like alts that has been made to increase size of the corp.

Did you get all of that trit from noobships of those alts? Just curious if that would be great way to generate masses of tritanium.

You know, had you just dropped a ton of sell orders in the major trade hubs all at once you may have been able to get people swept up in the wind. The idea is to start the storm, get the speculators to follow you and then you may have a chance at getting the market to move as a whole. As it stands you have blown your opportunity to do it quietly. Now that the market at large is aware of your plans, you will fail. A couple items of note:


A) Secrecy is your ally
B) you can't manipulate a large market (like tritanium) on your own
C) Broaden your approach, 1 region wont be enough to get a storm going

I'm not totally against your plan and I would have loved to see it in action but sadly I don't think it will work now. I also appreciate your attempt to stabilize the market :)
