Character Age II (Rank unknown, gains 1 level per year concurrent with all other training)

9 year old pilots Have Advanced Character Age to IV

Also, that system for Character age levels isn't scaling to be larger, thus it is incorrect sir! just wanted to say.

For a more serious answer one thing you might have not concidered is the booster skills:

Biology
Nanite control
Neurotoxin Recovery

These all effect the effectiveness of drugs.

Dreadnoughts have one purpose: do as much damage as possible before becoming space dust.

A few skills that come to mind:

* Amarr Dreadnought 4
* Capital Energy Turret 4 (and all turret support skills at 4 or 5)
* Core Competency Elite
* Armor Tanking Elite + Capital Repair Systems 4
* Hull Tanking Elite
* Tactical Weapon Reconfiguration 4 is a must, but I strongly recommend 5 for tech 2 siege module.
* Jump Drive Calibration 4 is a must, but I strongly recommend 5 for anything with a jump drive.
* Jump Fuel Conservation 4 is a must.

Capital ships are one of those ships in which if you have to ask what you need to do to fly one properly you shouldn't be flying one. I personally do some research on the ship and everything else concerning it for a better idea.
