I would like to do mission for Federal defence union and got a standing above 3 to them. But still i cant even do mission with a lvl 1 agent ?

To run militia missions you either have to personally be in the militia corp (whose name eludes me) or your corp has to be signed up for factional warfare. So if you really want those tasty LP items, sign up and get shot at.

Also learn to either use alts for purchases or stay the hell out of the opposing empire factions' territory.

Because a smart FW player can sit on a gate waiting for an enemy FW player to come through in any ship that can't align before they get locked and pointed.

As the others have said, but just to clarify (and I'm bored)

To run missions with the Faction Warfare corps (Federal Defence Union, Tribal Liberation Force, Squids, 24th Imperial Crusade ) you have sign up to faction warfare. Either by joining their NPC Militia corp or a Player Corp enlisted in Faction Warfare.

The missions are not like your standard missions either. Lowsec only, and in the enemy region, in this case you'll be heading to Black Rise frequently. And your at permament war with the Squids who will hopefully try to shoot you down in a fireball. You'll also be hunted by Caldari/Amarr NPC's if you jump into their highsec systems.

Still pretty fun to do/be a part of as long as you know what your getting yourself in for.
