Any explanation for Lonetrek beating Jita on Trit orders?

Anyone able to look at this and explain how The Forge seems to be losing the buy order battle for Trit compared to several other regions?

Jita seems to be lagging Lonetrek by 0.30 ISK/unit and that's their neighbor...

Separate region and not a huge amount of traffic unless you are heading to Umokka, Tama, or null. The market is pretty Jita centric there since most anyone will head there unless they are super lazy or have other issues.

Despite my posting prowess I really am terrible at this game

Jita =/= Lonetrek, thus different prices.

Yeah, I get that Jita and Lonetrek are different locations on the map. I'm more pointing to the general notion that Jita is the best place to sell your stuff, etc, etc.

Usually Jita is on top of the buy order pile, hence where people get that typically assumed convention. However, I know there are a lot of manufacturers and Caldari POSs over there too. Seemed odd that trit would be running higher in Lonetrek than The Forge (aka Jita).

I mean, it ranked near last compared to the other trade hubs, even though the spread among trade hubs was a lot smaller.

If you want to sell or buy a freighter load (or ten) of trit then Jita most likely is the best place with the most competitive prices. If you only want a sub billion isk or so value then sure, other regions will likely have better deals for both sellers and buyers.

The real question is whether or not that Tritanium is selling in Lonetrek in any significant quantities. If it is... some of you might have a little opportunity. :)

THIS, unless your talking at least 10m+ units trit, its not worth undocking the freighter. (more like 50m for the margin the OP is talking about)
