How much standing will one need with the Caldary Navy to get the least possible (standings related) taxes from Jita trading?

A) Standings have nothing to to with sales tax (train accounting to reduce sales tax). Standing affect Brokers Fee.

B) To get the minimum brokers fee in Jita you need 10.0 Caldari Navy Standing, and 10.0 Caldari Faction Standing.
