Hi,

I first tried the online installer which failed, Archive Extraction failed: 3

I then clicked the manual download and download each payloads and got the same error, I then downloaded the payloads again to see if that made any difference and same error.

I then tried the meta links for the older installer and that came up with a 404 error

Any ideas?

Im running Windows 7

BTW I've never had Eve on this computer before so its not an issue of existing files

I have the same problem, anyone come up with a solution yet, i dont even know where to start to be honest

I'm currently trying to help a friend get EVE installed, as he'd like to give it a try, and we're encountering the same problem. He's downloaded the manual install files, and we've managed to narrow it down to a corrupt file in download 2 of 2. I'm able to download the files fine, maddeningly, but the file's too big to use something like Dropbox to get it to him.

Is this the same problem you guys are having - that file 2 of 2 is smaller than it ought to be and won't extract? EVE GMs, please address this - new players want to play!

Both of my files are the same size 2097152KB (1.99GB) but I'm still getting the same error. When you say you are able to download them fine, do you mean just the files or have you tried running the installer? Cos I might just get someone else to download em and stick it on a blank DVD or something

Any news CCP???

Still having this issue, any help CCP would be good seen as your still getting my sub and I can't even play the game....
