I got 5 implants in each of my implant slots that speed up my training time. Now i moved down to high sec because mining and ratting down there gives more isk than in High sec. but i also have a friend that just started to play eve that needs help up in high sec, and im wondering if i could still get a decrease in the amount of time in takes to train the specific skill in a clone that does not have the implants.

Uh, no, no implants in current body = no effects.

only the implants in your current clone affect your training.

so if you are not in your +5 clone you wont get the bonus from those of course.

Implants are like rigs for your head, if you're not in that body they won't be giving you bonuses.

Depending on market fluctuations, you can trick out four or five clones with full sets of +4s for the price of a single clone's worth of +5s. If you plan to jump back and forth with any regularity, I'd say just buy them for both. It's certainly what I do.

where is your main clone at? you say moved down to high sec for better isk, then you say need to be in high sec to help a friend.

I am guessing you went 0.0 for isk making. If so how often does your crew get dec'ed by the usual empire peeps. If not on the weekly privateer, orphans, etc hit list throw in whatever you want on the clone. Now if on the privateer hit list and dec'd weekly, +3's and hope you don't make a habit of dying to them whey they can be botherd to roam missioh hubs.

Have your friend share his quest rewards and use the loyalty points to buy implants for your high-sec clone cheaply, assuming LP are still divided nowadays.

Don't use full sets of implants!

Use only the 2 attributes you'll be training while down in low/null sec at any given time.

Saves isk! Shocked

You don't speak english? He was perfectly clear. If your implants aren't in the body you're currently in then they can't do anything, can they?
