The new scorp and the old scorp

Is there a possibility to swap the texture files of the new scorp and replace it with the old one ? I remember that it was possible before the greatest expansion (new graphics and stuff) and i've been wondering if it is doable. Any ideas ?

No. Unfortunately there isn't a way. I too also preferred the old Scorpion model over the new, modern, symmetrical design, but as far as I know there's no way to change models/textures on your own client.

The U.S. Navy has developed a railgun that can hit a target the size of a watermelon from about 200km away.  its probably around 8,000 years in the future, we can go faster then light, be immortal, teleport capital ships, communicate instantly, mine asteroids and make ships invisible,yet still our railguns can't even hit a massive spaceship over 100km....

oddly off ships are ugly

Old one looked old ... and tired ... and like a wounded bird.

Nothing wrong with asymmetrical outlook but it has to make sense.
