Cloaking device on bomber

Why does it take 15 seconds to recloak a stealth bomber, but only like 5 seconds for any other ship that can use covert ops cloak (cov ops frig, t3, cloaky hauler etc).

Is there some bonus/penalty/skill that i'm not aware about?

cover ops cloaks have a longer reactivation delay than covert ops cloaks. But no ship gives a reduction in cloak reactivation delay. (some do get rid of the targeting delay however)

I was poking fun at the fact that you left out the "t" in "covert"

No ship says in its 'description' tab that it provides such a bonus, but covops do provide it.

Look in 'miscellaneous' in EVEMON or like. Purifier has "Cloak Reactivation Delay: 15.00s". Anathema has "Cloak Reactivation Delay: 5.00s". The default, for ships without these attributes, is the number on the cloak: 30 seconds.

One use of the shorter reactivation time: the Counterintelligence Anathema

Adding to this list: Blops have it too. My panther only needs 5 seconds to recloak. (gives me and idea to use it to alpha frigs)

Good idea. Use that T2 battleship to do something a Destroyer can do for a fraction of the price.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
