In-Combat Module Loading

Instead of having to wait until an active module is deactivated to switch ammo (which wastes valuable seconds in PVP, ping considered), make it so if you try to load ammo into a module, the module deactivates when the cycle is over and immediately begins loading the previously-specified ammo. Thank you.

The most obvious benefits are this:

-Tracking Computers are easier to script (can more easily switch between optimal range to tracking scripts depending on target distance)
-Ammo type is easier to switch (especially for Amarr)
-High-ping users no longer suffer as much

Disadvantages:

-Low-ping users might be upset for some reason.

how to fix eve: 1) remove ECM 2) rename dampeners to ECM 3) add new anti-drone ewar for caldari 4) give offgrid boosters ongrid combat value
