This system has 2 offline pos towers; one that belongs to a 1-man corp, and another that has many incapacitated modules. The buyer assumes responsibility for removal of these towers if so desired.

There is no evidence of occupation after 3 days of observation. The activity pattern of the past few weeks on dotlan is very low, showing what appears to be transient visitations.

The system has 25 anomalies and 5 signatures as of today.

I am looking for reasonable offers starting in the hundreds-of-millions range.

Lol, 30 minutes after I posted this, a squad of tengus appeared in the hole. There is apparently a K162 that just opened in here.

I will reply again in a day or 2 if no new pos appears.

It's not very wise to sit uncloaked in a Cheetah when your trying to sell a wormhole that doesn't belong to you.

With that said, I would like to recognize the shrewd planning that went into your gank attempt, in that you:

A) Chose the perfect tools to gank a single afk cheetah (2 tengus and 1 onyx)
B) Actually bothered to set up a warp-in close to the cheetah
C) Did not jump the gun and begin targeting from extreme range

As for the hole not belonging to me, of course it doesn't. I am selling the location to a hole that I found, evaluated, and determined had no permanent occupancy. All conditions have been accurately reported here as observed. There is still no active pos as of right now. However, there is link to yet another WH today.

It is now obvious that others are aware of the hole's location, and that I am attempting to sell it. Since I can no longer sell the hole in reasonably good faith and am really tired of being here, I am giving its entrance away for free. Come see for yourselves if it actually "belongs" to anyone. If so, perhaps they should maintain a presence here and defend it.

The current entrance is is Usroh, above planet IX. It is fresh as of this writing, and should last another 23 hours.

If you are interested, be the first here before someone else swoops in and closes it. I'm headed out.
