Power of two - Do new chars get the "Cerebral Accelerator " ?

As the title suggests, will characters created on a new Power of Two account recieve the Cerebral Accelerator like the buddy invite accounts does? And if it does, does all new characters on said account get it, or just 1?

Would be nice to know when planning the comming 6 months of skill training.

Just created an acoount with the power of 2 and that account did not get it

No, no they do not. I got a Po2 account and just used an accel I bought off contracts ages ago.

DO NOT BUY THE BOOSTER. It does NOT STACK with implants .... Total Fail and the GM and CCP dont care that it wont work. Was told "Sorry we can't help in this matter." by a gm

Apparently you need to open your eyes and read the fine print. It is stackable, but you need to use it before your account is 35 days old and blah blah blah. Get a life squinty.
