War Dec Not Transferring

On 04 April my corporation declared war against another corporation. On that day, the intended target joined an alliance. Since then, the declared war has stayed with the corporation, though they remain with the alliance. Given that they joined the alliance between the declaration and the time we could shoot them, is this intentional or a glitch? And yes, I have put in a ticket but haven't heard on it in days.

Leadership is something you learn. Maybe one day, you'll learn that.
