Amarr space has access to all high sec minerals but no other faction does, how come?

Why does Amarr high sec space have access to all high sec minerals, ie Trit, Pye, Nocx, Mex and Iso, yet you go anywhere else and in 0.5 space and above you only get any 4 of the above?

Does god really exists and did he give Amarr all the goodies?

TBH, I only need to go a few jumps to get highsec access to nocx anyway.

However, amarr mexallon is kernite. That's rather bulky per unit of mexallon gained, compared to plagioclase.

I'm set up quite deep inside Minmatar space so would be at least 20 jumps to get access to Pyro, might think about moving closer though or perhaps taking a trip through once a month for a couple of big Pyro ops.

Jump clones and a freighter. Keep one clone in mini space, setup one with a hulk and implants in amarr. The only one who woujd have to travel would be your hauler.

Caldari Space only deals with no Isogen.

Gallente and Minmatar Space deal with no Nocxium.

So both Caldari and Amarr have access to the most valuable High Sec Ore OF THE MOMENT. When I started 2 years ago, you couldn't give away Pyrox.

I see no problem here.

So advice to new miners, set up in or very close to Amarr space and you'll be peachy Big smile

I wish pyro would atleast come to minmatar or gallente space seeing as how either caldari or amarr ( forget which ) get access to plagio

Hey Minmatar, there is this little region called Derelik very close to Rens. Go mine it. Thukkers are your friends.

You can still search for gravimetric sites in all regions of high-sec, and they may have small quantities of pyro and jaspet.

Kernite, Pyrox, Jaspet, Hemorphite, and Hedbergite are in Gravimetric sites, Probe-able in every High Sec region.

Are they available? I might be scanning at the wrong time of day, then. I've seen a couple of Omber/Kernite sites, but none of the others.

You've clearly never visited a guristas scout outpost.

In any case, genesis highsec area is mostly on the gallente side of the lowsec divide and starts next door to dodixie - ie one area of it is "honorary gallente space" anyway. ie it might affect living in the far end of caldari space, but thats about it.

What matters is the relative values of ore, not which minerals happen to be in them. A rational miner will mine the most valuable ore, and if they want to manufacture as well, trade for the minerals not found in the valuable ore they do mine.

The best advice to new miners is pay CLOSE attention to ore values and chase the value. Anyone mining kernite today because it was the ore everyone told new miners to mine years ago is loosing out.

While its a bit of a pain moving ships to a new empire, there is really no reason a miner should be tied down to one place. If the ores are worth complaining about, they are worth moving to get.

Welp, with what's happening with Mineral Prices the past few days, it will indeed be quite difficult to find these atm.

Also, Eurozone now has a HUGE advantage in getting all the Grav spawns.

Kernite is too heavy and not worth mining imo so the Amarrians are welcome to it. We have the Plagioclase - they have the Pyroxeres. Amarr also has 95% of the access to Laser Physics datacore which are used for mining crystals. It's just the way it goes.

Pyroxeres is available in Minmatar space but in limited quantities. Cool Your best bet it to set up a mining operation in Ammattar space and either use your own freighter to bring it back or use Red Frog Freight to get it back to your area. I thoroughly recommend their service and even asking them to haul the 'raw Pyro' is economically viable.
