Looking for a good fit to basically earn me more ISK per hour vs a Drake blitzing L3s.
Also skill recommendations are welcome as well.

Trying this fit currently:
8x 1200mm Art Cannon II
X-Large Shield Booster
Invul Field II
Two mission specific hardeners t2
Tracking Computer II
Cap Recharger II
3x Gyro II
2x TE
2x Large Core Defense Operational Solidifiers
Large Projectile Collision Accelerator
5x Hammerheads II

Tested this fit out in Gone Berserk with little trouble and time.

High:
8x 80mm repeating artillery 2

Mid:
1x XL shield booster 2
3x mission specific hardeners, T2
1x T2 invuln
1x cap booster, cap booster 800

Low:
2x gyro 2
2x TE 2
1x PDU 2

Rigs: To taste.

5x Hobgoblin 2
5x Hammerhead 2
1x Bezerker web drone

This works very well for gallente missions. Lots of tank, lots of gank. Pop smaller ships as far out as you can, then move to the bigger stuff.
Pulse the shield booster.
Run the cap booster when the cap gets low.
Cap stable without shield boosting.
40km falloff

Drone-wise, the light drones are for frigs that get in close. The medium drones are for applying DPS to everything else, with the assistance of guns. The web drone is for improving your ability to track things. Not having a heavy drone isn't much of a problem, DPS-wise.

This is not an AFK fit. You NEED to pop rats before you run out of cap boosters. Core skills are essential, as is careful rat management.

Use a burst tank with XL-Booster. The booster in my fit is around 150 mil, which is still ok for a T1 hull. Don't forget to use a Boost-Amp, since you want as much boost in a short amount, not constantly, so the more the better. If you like, or have to travel long distances, you can switch the TC for an AB.

Example for all kin / therm enemies:

[Maelstrom, serp derp]
Gyrostabilizer II
Gyrostabilizer II
Gyrostabilizer II
Tracking Enhancer II
Tracking Enhancer II

Tracking Computer II, Optimal Range
Pith C-Type X-Large Shield Booster
Shield Boost Amplifier II
Ballistic Deflection Field II
Heat Dissipation Field II
Heavy Capacitor Booster II, Cap Booster 800

800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L
800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L
800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L
800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L
800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L
800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L
800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L
800mm Repeating Artillery II, Phased Plasma L

Large Anti-Thermal Screen Reinforcer I
Large Capacitor Control Circuit I
Large Core Defence Capacitor Safeguard I

Hobgoblin II x5
Garde II x3

Stats:

940 DPS, 46 km falloff
1200 tank, burst for 13 mins

You can also use Hammerheads instead of Sentries, but i like the instant damage more. Fly to the next gate or tactical, use small drones on your way. When you reach your spot use sentries.

I prefer having the invuln rather than a boost amplifier. Shield boost amount is lower, but so is the amount of damage I need to use it for.

Your invuln incurs heavy stacking penalties with all those other hardeners you're already fitting, while requiring disproportionate amounts of cap.

If you're already fitting three specific hardeners, using a SBA is the way to go, unless you're flying a loot pinata and need every EHP you can get.
