How many proffesions ARE there???

Perhaps the thing i love the most about eve, are its wide variety of career paths.

Now there are theobvious ones:
Mining, Missioning, Pirating, Exploring

And then you have the less obvious ones:
Pure incursions, Trade, Production, Courier/hauler, Inventer, WHs only, Salvager, Ninja Salvager, Ninja plexer...

Lets try and get them all! :D What did I miss?

There are either an infinite number of professions or none, depending on who you ask.

It's kind of zen when you think about it.
