Looking for a loan of about 1B (filled)

Hello all.

My corporation is looking to expand our manufacturing operations. At the moment most of our capital is tied up in a large order but we still have production capacity leftover. In order to fill this a loan of about 1B would be highly useful. I would be offering 10% interest over a month, and would like to have the option to roll it. Our corp is young, admittedly, but this character (the CEO) is old enough to offer some security, I think.

I'm not really sure how to get a loan so if you need anything please tell me what I need to do.

We have no assets not in use, except perhaps a couple of assembly arrays, not nearly equal to a billion.

The request seems a bit informal.

Some interesting info would be about how much you are worth, what you have been doing, what you're currently doing, and why you suddenly show up in MD asking for 1bil isk.

How much capital do you have tied up? Ball park estimate value on items that are used for your trade that can easily be liquidated, but not used for your regular operations. How much are you making? Have you been doing this for long? Mineral prices are in a bubble, can you turn over your products fast enough before that bursts?

You know, some info to help assess the risk.

Alright, estimated worth is 1.2B in a freighter, a large control tower @~300M, 3 Advanced Mobile Labs at ~100M, 20 or so assembly arrays at ~10M each. We have about 2.5B ISK tied up in one order that we're building (though 2B of that was an advance, I'm not sure how that fits into calculations), another 900M in another order, and 500M in cash.

I'd say about 3.9B in assets, assuming the advance doesn't count.

We build to orders, almost always T1 due to lack of skills, rigs are what we do with our extra cash that's not tied up in orders. This is why we wish to get a loan, our rig business is really limited due to only having 500M in cash.

We've been running since February. We definitely earn over 100M/day at this point, but with money moving as frequently as it does I'm not sure exactly how much more than 100M we earn (also, the delay between the order starting and filling is a problem because that means reduced income for several days followed by a crazy good day). Er, I would say "well over 100M/day" at this point; the 100M/day thing indicates that the interest won't be an issue at all.

The only thing we're doing for ourselves with minerals are Tornadoes which are flipping like crazy. When orders come down with minerals, the bubble is understood to be their problem. Customers flaking is an issue, but usually we can turn over the goods reasonably anyhow (if someone flakes, they have to pay 50% upfront in the future). I don't believe there's a salvage bubble going on, except trit bars.

Rigs are consistent if nothing else. We've a variety of BPOs, and BPCs are easy to get, so there's always money to be made somewhere in the rig market.

Much better. I hope that helps get someone to pitch in.

Good Luck :-)

I have done business with this indivual.
I'm responsible for around 50-100M woth of his orders every 3-4 days.
As far as i can tell the man knows what he's doing.

A specific example comes to mind, When ordering rigs from him i asked for a price check. having recieved his prices i agreed to a said amount to be produced.
I recieve an email the day after stating his corpi got his numbers mixed up, and gave me a new price, around 15% cheaper than the first figure.

I can't vouche for the loan, I will vouche for his honorable business.

If you're making 100mil a day why do you need a loan? Reinvest your profits for a few days and you're all set, you then also don't have to worry about owing an investor 1bil further down the line; and if you're feeling poor you can close up shop and the bil is yours to take

We wish to ramp up our operations without waiting 10 days to do so. More cash is always helpful and will let us expand into other fields.
