I am downsizing and therefore looking at trying to sell this character, the character sheet is available at here.

Character Information:
Arrow Has a positive security status
Arrow No kill rights
Arrow Positive wallet
Arrow Logistics 4, learning it 5 at the moment
Arrow All scanning skills to level 5

Auction Information:
Starting Bid: 4.5 billion
Buy out: Make a good offer
End of Auction : When I accept buy out or 14th April 2012 20:00 (Eve time)


Important Information:
Arrow I will NOT be accepting any bids below the starting price (4.5 billion) or accepting a buy out of 4.5 billion.

I would be happy to pay 5b for this character due to the excellent scanning skills. Not sure what all the other skills are trained for, which is a shame :(

Fully legit, I despise the people who think that they can get away with scamming on character bazaar, that's almost an insta ban...
