Amarr specialised character, preferably with some leadership skills.

Required:
Medium Laser Specialisations
Amarr Cruiser 5
Cybernetics 5

Preferred:
HAC 4
Logistics 5
Warfare Link Specialist 5
Any other Leadership skills

Looking to pay less than 10b for this char.

Also looking for a relativey low SP scanning character.

Astrometrics 5
Covert Ops 4
Other scanning skills 4

Preferred:
All scanning skills 5
Covert Ops 5

I am looking to pay around 5b for this char. Maybe more if training is focussed.

Happy to have a look at characters with some industry skills but Hulk pilots skilling into combat isn't something I really want to be paying for P
